We are a service only company, and guarantee our clients against having any interest in product vendors; BAL Consulting does not accept vendor assignments and does not have any financial interest in any vendor.

All our consultants have a degree and/or are certified professionals with a minimum of ten years of experience; we do not contract 'trainees' at our Clients expense.

We have identified "How to Exit?" as the most critical and neglected business problem in our 25 years of consulting. Exit is too often associated with failure of being forced to sell or liquidate as opposed to a well planned realisation of value. Many business plans excel in how to build a business up to break-even to raise the initial capital whilst many CEOs excel in short term profitability and in growing the business by acquisition or other investment which often leads to high levels of debt whereas low levels of debt are disparaged as non-performing "lazy" capital.
